Trisha Rozas Biography

Trisha Rozas is CIO of Guy Carpenter & Co, LLC. She was previously senior vice president and CIO for the commercial finance division of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company. In that role, Rozas is responsible for all technology related services provided to the commercial finance businesses. This includes technology support for the company’s transportation finance, trade finance, and corporate finance business units. Rozas joined CIT’s technology organization in 2005. She is also a member of the CIT Women’s Leadership Council. Prior to joining CIT, Rozas spent eight years at AIG in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president and senior information officer, where she led application development and maintenance support across seven of the largest AIG companies in the U.S. and the U.K. Earlier in her career, Rozas held roles at Deloitte & Touche and Chemical Bank. Trisha holds a B.S in management from Northeastern University.
