Pascal Lauffer

Pascal Lauffer is president of Astrance Capital and has 20 years of senior management experience in fast growing environments, leading rapid and complex organizational transformations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Pascal has led numerous strategic programs aiming at rationalizing and improving the competitiveness of organizations. Prior to founding Astrance, Pascal was acting global chief operations officer of Newedge and led the post-merger integration of Calyon Financial and Fimat. Pascal joined Fimat Americas in 2004 to manage the acquisition and PMI of Preferred Trade Inc.

Preceding Fimat, Pascal held several global chief information officer positions at Société Générale supporting businesses such as capital markets, commercial banking and commodities. He led large scale re-engineering programs resulting in deep transformations of businesses and in significant efficiency gains.

Pascal received an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School and a master’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Nancy University.
