Hank Zupnick is CIO of GE Real Estate, a leading global provider of real estate financing and services, with 47 offices throughout North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim, and a portfolio of over $28 billion in assets. As CIO since 2000, he has successfully automated deal originations, approval and closing processes, rolled out a comprehensive data warehouse, and implemented CRM, general ledger, and financial control systems. Previously, he held other technology leadership positions at GE businesses in North America and Europe, including CIO, GE Capital Bank Austria and CIO, Service Bank, GE's German consumer finance business. Before joining GE, Hank held leadership roles at Citibank, primarily in consumer and small business systems, but also including business management positions in operations and marketing. Zupnick holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
