How to Order Transcripts

The amended Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 prohibits release of educational records without the written consent of the student.

All students pay a one-time transcript fee upon their first registration at the University (whether or not they subsequently withdraw from the University). After that, there is no charge for issuing transcripts. The normal processing time for transcripts is two to three business days. If you mail in your request for a transcript, you should allow several additional days for delivery to and from the University.

Copies of University transcripts and certifications of enrollment may be obtained:

  1. Online (currently enrolled students ordering transcripts only)

  2. In person

205 Kent (valid CU or photo ID required)
Transcript requests received in person are limited to five copies. Transcripts can usually be provided within 10 minutes.
