Rachel Rodgers
Rachel Rodgers has a 20 year career in brand strategy, communications, and related disciplines in Europe and the United States. She worked for advertising agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty in London, where she was group director and head of account management, and sat on the board of the company. In 1997 Rodgers joined the brand strategy consultancy Red Spider and was appointed president of the New York office. In 1999 she established Headmint, a brand consultancy specializing in improving marketers’ strategic and communications problem solving. She conceived and developed an interactive brand communications tool-kit for the Coca-Cola Company, and worked extensively on portfolio and brand positioning with Ford Motor Company. She also worked on assignments for Polo Ralph Lauren, Sauza Tequila, ABC Television, and British Airways. Since January 2003 Rodgers has worked as an independent brand and communications consultant. During this time she has worked with DuPont on articulating brand vision, worked with Unilever on the relaunch of Pond’s, developed a positioning in North America for Electrolux Appliances, and directed ideation workshops for DHL.
