Kristen Campolattaro

Kristen Campolattaro is a global marketer with experience on both the client and agency sides of business. Currently, Campolattaro holds an advisory position at American Express in its insights and strategic marketing division.

Prior to joining American Express, Campolattaro was director of Asia Pacific consumer marketing at MasterCard where she led a brand repositioning effort and managed over $90 million of program development for Greater China, Japan, Australia and South East Asia, helping to fuel MasterCard's double-digit revenue growth in Asia. Balancing out her financial services experience, Campolattaro held a brand management position with L’Oreal in its consumer marketing division.

Previously, Campolattaro was an account planner with Ogilvy & Mather and Deutsch Inc. She devised brand positionings, 360-degree communications programs and breakthrough advertising campaigns for clients such as J&J Tylenol, Revlon, Hershey’s, Miller Lite and American Express.

Campolattaro started her career at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division where she worked with media and entertainment clients and helped restructure the division's marketing efforts. Campolattaro has been a media industry panel member for McKinsey & Co.

She holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business where she was an Omnicom Fellow.
