The program employs approximately 100 resident advisers who also serve as all-around program assistants. They organize recreational activities and community outreach programs, monitor in-class attendance, and work in the High School Program Office. They are committed to the program and it's students--both residential and commuter--around the clock. The RAs come from colleges and universities all over the country, are screened through a careful selection process, and complete an intensive two-week training seminar before the students arrive.
