Students do a conflict analysis using suitable methodologies to determine root causes and other factors contributing to the conflict. Using the results of this conflict analysis, they then identify resolution strategies for conflict management and deescalation. Lastly, special attention will be paid to achieving network sustainability and capacity building and implementation, exploring the centrality of human networks in conflict resolution and peace-building.
