Barbara Zahler-Gringer

Barbara Zahler-Gringer is an attorney with over 30 years experience.  She has worked as a litigator and as part of an executive management team responsible for developing and implementing employee policies and coordinating special projects.  For ten years, she has chaired an employee committee tasked with making recommendations for improving life in the workplace and fostering communication between employees and upper management.

Zahler-Gringer has been involved in the conflict resolution field for close to 15 years, handling a wide variety of matters.  She is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association and the International Ombudsman Association.  She recently completed a term on the Mediation Advisory Board of the New York Peace Institute, where she has served as a coach and mentor.  Zahler-Gringer received her JD degree from NY Law School and her bachelor’s degree from SUNY at Stony Brook.
