Jennifer G. Horn
Jennifer G. Horn is a registered landscape architect practicing in the Washington D.C. and New York City areas. She has a B.S. in Horticulture from Virginia Tech and a M.L.A. from University of Georgia. Her public sector experience includes environmental analysis and planning at the New York City Department of City Planning, where she assisted in the organization and implementation of the international competition for Fresh Kills Landfill's end-use master plan. She has designed zoo exhibits (Butterfly Garden, African Wild Dogs and Snow Leopards) in the Bronx and Central Park Zoos for the Wildlife Conservation Society and has provided consulting services to the Anne Frank Center in the United States and the town of Ocean City, New Jersey. Her private sector experience includes design and project management for Edmund Hollander and Deborah Nevins, where she worked on a variety of high-end residences and resorts in New York, Connecticut, Aspen, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Barcelona and the Grenadines. At Deborah Nevins, she also worked on the design of the Stavros Niarchos Park in Athens, Greece, in collaboration with Renzo Piano's design for the new National Library and Opera House. Her renderings have been published on signage at the Bronx Zoo and in VOGUE and VOGUE Greece.
