Molly Smith

Molly Smith lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. In her studio practice, she works with watercolors on paper, collage and cast sculptures. She received a B.F.A. from Rhode Island School of Design and an M.F.A. from Columbia University. She has had three one-person shows in New York City at both KS Art and Kate Werble Gallery. She has shown in group shows nationally and internationally, including Sikkema Jenkins & Co., New York, New York, Leo Koenig Inc, New York, New York, the Contemporary Art Center, Cincinnatti, Ohio, Gallery Min Min, Tokyo, Japan, and Roger Bjorkholmen Galleri, Stockholm, Sweden. Her work has been reviewed in Artforum and The New Yorker. She has taught painting and drawing as an adjunct professor at Columbia University, New York University, and Rhode Island School of Design.
