Meghan Flaherty is an M.F.A. candidate in nonfiction and literary translation at Columbia University School of the Arts. She received her B.A. in theatre with high honors from Smith College in 2005. She's currently working on a memoir, personal essay, and an abridged history of Argentine tango, plus translations of selected poems by Alfonsina Storni.
