"Attending the Barcelona Experience was one of the most fun and exciting times of my life. It was a once in a lifetime experience, and the RAs are so much fun, too. You get to meet new and different types of people while in Barcelona and you get to experience real college life. Having a roommate is amazing and helps to make you the independent student you will become one day. I was the youngest student there, yet they don’t treat you any differently and they treat everybody like an adult. It’s exhilarating and I would do it again if I could."

"Going to Barcelona was one the coolest things I've ever done. My understanding of the world changed so much as I was immersed in a completely new culture and saw the world from a non-American view for three weeks. I don't think even a list of clichés could begin to describe how amazing this program was. It truly changed my life."

"I haven't traveled much outside the states without my parents and this was definitely my first time staying by myself with a bunch of strangers I've never met in a country I've never been to before. I had my doubts in the beginning: Would I fit in? Would the food be okay? Am I going to regret going? But fortunately for me, I've met some of the funniest, greatest people and had the chance to hang out with them in the amazing city of Barcelona; the city is fabulous. I loved taking the metro, going to the cleanest beaches I've ever seen, eating authentic Spanish paella, watching the toro fight, seeing the matador get impaled and bragging that I caught it on video, overall I loved the people, I loved the city and my only grievance is that it was only three weeks."

"I loved the experience and I met wonderful people who I will keep in touch with for a long time. I learned so much in and out of the classroom. It changed my perspective on who I want to become and what I want to do with my life."
