Louis C. Grassi

Louis C. Grassi, founding partner of Grassi & Co, CPAs, P.C., has 25 years of experience as an auditor, accountant, and taxation expert working with clients in a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, and architectural and engineering firms. He has assisted many companies in developing operation efficiencies, right sizing, profit enhancement studies, compensation plans, debt restructuring, joint venture disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and more. He is an active member of several construction industry associations, including Hard Hat Construction Group, BRT Realty Corporation, New York Building Congress, Construction Financial Management Association, Queens & Bronx Builders Association, and General Contractors Association. He has presented papers and published numerous articles in publications such as the New York Real Estate Journal and New York Construction News. Grassi holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Queens College.
