Jaime Daniels

Jaime Daniels is a senior project manager with globally recognized URS Corporation. He has over 30 years of diversified experience along with managing well over $5 billion of in-place new construction, high-rise, mixed use, commercial/residential, rehabilitation and renovation of various new and historic properties. He has served as an owners' representative, executive, project manager, property manager, and general superintendent for overseeing the construction and management of various facilities throughout New York and the tri-state area. He has been involved with the development of such properties as the World Financial Center, American Express, Dow Jones, Merrill Lynch's world headquarters, historic renovation of Carnegie Hall, and the 31-story art deco Alfred E. Smith Building. Daniels is presently the senior project manager in charge of the deconstruction of the former Deutsche Bank building at the south side of the World Trade Center site. He maintains companies as a consultant/builder to the construction industry and property manager for personal and owners' properties. He interacts between buyers/renters and owners and interfaces with government agencies. Daniels holds a degree in civil engineering and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Manhattan College.
