Bob Yardis
Bob Yardis is a strategic human resources generalist with over 30 years of executive level human resources experience at Structure Tone, P. F. Collier, Maxwell Macmillan and Pergamon Press. With a decade of experience in human resources management in the construction industry, Yadis has created a state of the art human resources function for Structure Tone’s global construction management services firm, including a redesign and consolidation of health and retirement benefit platforms, and innovative management compensation programs designed to motivate and reward top performers. Prior to joining Structure Tone in 1999, Yadis led the human resources function against a backdrop of mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and turnarounds in publishing, direct marketing and on-line businesses with domestic and international operations. His hands-on, high energy approach to human resources, including organizational development, executive recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits plan design are well suited to organizations where growth is dependent on building strong teams. Yadis holds a B.A. in Sociology and English from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
Bob Yardis teaches Human Resources in Construction Management.
