Bunita Sawhney
Bunita Sawhney is senior vice president, head of North American product and pricing strategy at HSBC Bank, one of the world’s largest financial institutions. In this role, Sawhney leads a team across the U.S. and Canada responsible for delivering a strategy, grounded in consumer insights, that meets key target segment needs while achieving profitability targets. She has also held other leadership roles in critical marketing functions at the bank.
Prior to her time at HSBC, she held marketing management positions at Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. Sawhney has spent the bulk of her career leading teams with responsibility for marketing, customer development and strategy.
Sawhney earned her bachelor of science in business administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She earned a master of science in strategic communications from Columbia University.
