Amy Inzanti
Amy Inzanti is Senior Vice President, Insights and Strategy at Cohn & Wolfe, where she provides research insights and strategic direction for new business and existing clients, develops integrated campaigns, leads client workshops, facilitates brainstorming and message development sessions, and delivers internal training.
Prior to working at C&W, Inzanti was with Ogilvy Public Relations and Porter Novelli’s strategic planning and research groups. At OPR, she drove strategic and creative thinking for clients and prospects; and at PN, she co-created and trained staff in both PNPoint Insights, a proprietary approach to developing stakeholder insights, and B!G It Up, a series of tools and techniques that turns insights and strategies into ideas. She has worked across categories--healthcare, consumer, and technology--on a range of products from credit cards and personal grooming products to surgical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Inzanti also worked as the New York City Parks Commissioner’s press officer and at the American Museum of Natural History—first in the communications department, leading publicity campaigns for special exhibitions, and subsequently in the business development department, where she managed sales strategy and marketing of temporary exhibitions, planetarium space shows, intellectual property and other museum content to other institutions around the world.
Inzanti earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University, and her master’s of science in strategic communications from Columbia University, where she also teaches communications classes.
Amy Inzanti teaches the Dynamics of Persuasion.
