Paul C. Cronson

Paul C. Cronson is the Founder and Managing Director of Larkspur Capital Corporation. Cronson’s career began at Laidlaw, Adams Peck, where he worked in asset management and corporate finance. Subsequently, in London, with Samuel Montagu Co., Inc., he marketed eurobond issuers and structured transactions. Returning to the U.S., he joined Peter Sharp Co., where he managed a real estate portfolio, structured financings and assisted with capital market investments. In 1992, Cronson formed a partnership advising companies seeking private equity.
