Mary Dickey Lindsay Professor of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion
Dr. Reame’s program of research is focused on the neuroendocrine mechanisms underlying the reproductive life span and psychosocial effects of infertility. She also writes on the bioethics of assisted reproduction, based on her studies of surrogate motherhood. A member of the Institute of Medicine, and AAAS Fellow, Reame is a women's health advocate, having served on the advisory committee to the NIH Women's Health Initiative and as advisor to the Boston Women's Health Book Collective. She is a past member of the board of trustees for the North American Menopause Society and is certified as a menopause clinician.
Her research and clinical interests include women’s reproductive health and the bioethics of assisted reproduction.
