Babi Kruchin, Full-time Associate
Babi Kruchin has been teaching ESL since 1980 and training teachers to teach ESL since 1991. She was a Master Teacher in ESL TV lessons broadcast for NHK, Japan in 2007. She has taught at Britannia Special Language Studies in Brazil, at the New School and at Columbia University in New York. She is a Certified teacher trainer for the Certificate of Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) by the University of Cambrige/ Royal Society of Arts and has trained ESL teachers on both campus and online courses. She has presented in various TESOL conferences. Among other publications, she has contributed to Online Teacher Development, Pearson, 2008. Her special interests lie in using technology in our courses. Kruchin received her master’s degree from Hunter College, New York.
